She urged officials to "keep Crown as a holding school, put McGruder back in the capital improvements program, and allocate funds to begin the necessary studies," and offered an alternative: "Either that or commit real funding today for critical repairs without compromising its place in the CIP."
Rosetta framed the request as urgent, saying the community has "waited generations" and that failure to act denies students the basic right to safe, decent school conditions. She concluded her remarks with thanks.
