City staff presented the proposed operating budget, which they said covers all city funds and activities for 2025 and totals $55,000,126. “The city's operating budget provides a financial plan for all city funds and activities for the following year,” staff said. After a public hearing with no members of the public speaking, council adopted Ordinance 31 24 by roll call.
