The vice mayor and chair acknowledged receipt of the materials and noted the city attorney was not present at the meeting. Commissioners and staff said the complaint would be handled through the appropriate offices; the speaker told the commission he intended to bring additional material at a future meeting. No formal action was taken during the meeting on those allegations.
