Board members compared the contract cost to a fully employed teacher (including benefits) and staff clarified the contract does not carry employer benefit costs because ProCare is a vendor arrangement.
All motions for the items presented — the HVAC/chiller quote, door replacements, roof repairs and the ProCare Therapy contract — were seconded and approved by voice vote; no roll‑call tallies were recorded in the meeting minutes.
