RDA approves $175,985 reimbursement for Dixie Center roadway improvements

The Redevelopment Agency (RDA) of St. George voted unanimously to amend its FY24–25 budget and reimburse $175,985 from the Dixie Center EDA fund for roadway improvements on Crosby Way and 120 East.
City staff told the board these improvements were completed previously as part of a land purchase agreement and included excavation, utility-line installation (water and storm drain), curb and gutter, sidewalk, paving and associated construction costs. The reimbursement request references an existing developer reimbursement agreement identifying the Dixie Center EDA fund as the payor.
Chair opened and closed the public hearing with no public testimony. Steve moved to approve Resolution RDA-2025-001 R to reimburse the Dixie Center EDA fund; Natalie seconded the motion and the roll call vote was unanimous.
Next steps
Staff will process the reimbursement per the terms of the existing agreement and reflect the expenditure in the RDA fund accounting.
