After vendor folds, Flossmoor SD 161 to replace door fob system with Avigilon

The district recommended using its existing vendor, ITR, to implement Avigilon across all buildings on a building-by-building schedule.
Staff explained the transition would be phased: each building would be completed separately so there is no widespread access interruption, and staff acknowledged there will be temporary redundancy (some staff may carry two fobs until all buildings are migrated). During shutdowns, district master keys will grant access for necessary work. The board asked practical transition questions and staff confirmed the goal is to complete implementation over the summer.
