PSC approves two supplier licenses and notes Nexvolt reorganization

The Public Service Commission approved three consent items by voice vote during its Feb. 2 session: it granted Premier Energy Advisors LLC a license to operate as a natural-gas supplier limited to broker services for the customer classes and territories recommended by staff and directed the company to provide Maryland-specific training materials to commission staff 30 days before using them in Maryland. The commission also granted Premier Energy Advisors LLC an electricity-supplier license with parallel broker limitations and training/notice conditions. Finally, the commission took note of a notification of reorganization filed by Rescom Energy LLC, doing business as Nexvolt Energy. All three items were carried unanimously on the consent docket.
