Following a closed session the Clear Creek ISD board on Oct. 27 voted to assign an employee complaint to a board committee at level 4 under board policy DGBA(local). Trustee McKay made the motion and the board approved the assignment by voice vote.
The board also heard a report on an intruder‑detection audit that identified findings and recommended corrective actions. Staff said the audit included a reinterpretation of perimeter fencing at several campuses and that they will treat areas within six‑foot chain‑link fencing as requiring protection similar to unfenced perimeters. Trustees discussed the change in approach and asked clarifying questions about implementation; no formal vote on the audit was required.
The board adjourned at about 8:12 p.m.
