Township staff reported an initial meeting with York Water to collect information about the history of the agreement and to calculate how connection fees might have been assessed; staff said York Water would return documentation the following week and that the board planned to discuss the matter at its October 10 meeting if the papers arrive on schedule. The board declined to conduct an extended discussion without those materials, telling residents the water item would be revisited once staff had clear documentation.
