Staff told the board the collapsed sewer segment extended more than 200 feet and required an emergency repair authorized in late May; Supervisor Mark (speaker 11) said the repair was not budgeted but that funds are available in the Springettsbury Sewer Capital Reserve to cover the invoice. The board approved the Kinsley invoice by voice vote.
The board also approved its consent agenda (items A–H) and moved routine planning and engineering updates into the record. The easement with AGN Properties was approved to secure a small right‑of‑way at an intersection to accommodate signal equipment. The amendment with Pennsylvania American Water Company alters only the term date; no other contractual changes were noted.
