Manager Mark (Speaker 2) told the board the township solicited proposals from more than 15 firms, received four written responses, shortlisted two firms and interviewed them. He said the scoring committee — which included Friends of Camp Security representative Carol Tanzolo and park-and-recreation officials — produced a 4–1 recommendation in favor of SGA, while one panel member, Brandy Schoop, recommended YSM.
