Several supervisors expressed concern the standard gift form would give the commission unrestricted disposal authority and asked township solicitor/staff to contact PHMC to explore negotiated language or a municipal-specific agreement that would preserve loan or display rights. A volunteer historian recounted visiting the State Museum and emphasized the importance of bringing artifacts back to the local community.
The board also acknowledged receipt of SEK’s 2022 financial statements for the period ending 12/31/2022.
