Summary
On Feb. 11 the board approved the superintendent’s report, the business administrator’s report and personnel recommendations after roll‑call votes. Committee chairs also reported on enrollment, policy review and technology audit timelines.
The Winslow Township Board of Education approved several routine reports and personnel recommendations during its Feb. 11 meeting.
A motion to approve the superintendent’s reports (agenda pages 3–5) was made, seconded and carried by roll call. The board separately moved to approve the business administrator’s report (pages 6–11) and carried that motion. A personnel report (pages 12–15) containing recommended personnel actions was likewise moved, seconded and approved after roll call.
Committee reports preceding the votes included an education committee update with school‑level enrollment figures (district total cited as 4,786 students), athletic and arts recognition of scholarship recipients and a policy committee update outlining policies scheduled for first reading, including nepotism and harassment‑related regulations.
The board also scheduled its superintendent‑evaluation preconference to occur in executive session on Mar. 11 and heard informational updates on a completed policy audit and an upcoming district strategic‑planning effort with the NJSBA.
All three approval motions were announced as carried by the chair following roll‑call votes recorded at the meeting. The minutes of the Jan. 28, 2026 meeting were also approved earlier in the evening with one abstention noted.
