Derek Perez, municipal landscape services manager, presented the preliminary engineer’s report and said the Natoma Station Landscaping & Lighting District (L&L) manages assets including 16 irrigation controllers, 36 backflow devices and about 359 streetlights. He told the council the district is 36 years old and some assets have never been replaced.
