Members said they could not distinguish existing from new work in the packet and asked for dimensioned drawings, clearer elevations (especially for the unusual arched or "headboard" window) and a labeled site plan showing placement of the proposed 24-by-24 garage.
Applicant representatives described multiple iterative submissions and said they would pause construction pending design-review outcomes; staff and the board urged coordination with staff (Karen) and recommended a full, consolidated packet. The motion to table to March 12 passed unanimously among the members present.
