Bexley ARB approves consent agenda and prior minutes; one member recuses

The Bexley Architectural Review Board voted unanimously Feb. 12 to approve its prior meeting minutes and a multi-item consent agenda covering several routine design-review applications.
Chair Madam Chair Toney read the consent list, which included projects at 136 N. Remington, 811 S. Roosevelt and 2678 Bexley Park. One board member announced a recusal for ARB26-4 (445 N. Parkview) and staff said application ARB25-61 (Sean McAllister) had been withdrawn and would not be heard tonight.
Board members moved and seconded the minutes and the consent agenda; each voting member present recorded a "yes." The board staff reminded applicants that approvals on the consent agenda typically reflect staff-reviewed details and minor changes agreed with applicants before the hearing.
No members of the public spoke during the general public comment time. The board then moved into new business.
