Ada County approves multiple land-use requests, tables others for revised findings

Ada County commissioners met Feb. 11 and acted on a series of land-use applications, approving most items on the agenda and tabling several for follow-up. The board handled variances, property-boundary adjustments, a time-extension request, accessory-dwelling approvals and a master site plan modification.

The board agreed to grant the variance in principle and directed staff to revise findings and return the item to the Feb. 24 open business meeting with updated findings.
