Wilsonville planning commission elects new chair and vice chair; March meeting moved to March 30

During administrative business at the end of its Feb. 11 meeting, the Wilsonville Planning Commission elected new leadership and agreed to a schedule change.
Nominations were opened for chair; Commissioner Yana Semenova was nominated and, by unanimous roll-call vote as reported in the record, was elected chair for 2026 (vote reported 6–0). The commission then nominated and unanimously elected Commissioner Matt Constantine as vice chair (reported 6–0).
Staff announced a scheduling need related to a housing statutory compliance project and asked the commission to reschedule the regular March meeting (normally the second Wednesday of the month). The commission agreed to replace the March 11 meeting with a meeting on March 30 so staff could complete required materials in time for subsequent Council consideration.
Commissioners used the remaining time to introduce themselves and share brief background information for newer members; the meeting adjourned at 7:23 p.m.
