TIPP CITY — The Tipp City Council on Feb. 20 approved routine business, presented an Officer of the Year proclamation, introduced several ordinances for first reading and set a slate of public hearings for March 18, 2024.
Mayor Rogers presented a proclamation recognizing Officer Seth Victor as Tipp City’s 2023 Officer of the Year, citing supervisors’ recommendations and “his attitude, dedication to the department and community, training and work ethic.” The proclamation text read that the council would “do hereby present this proclamation to Officer Seth Victor and congratulate him on being the recipient of the Tipp City Officer of the Year award.”
Council members moved quickly through the consent items. The council approved the agenda and minutes from its Feb. 5 work session and Feb. 5 meeting by roll call votes.
