Will also said WVMO currently has two high‑school students working on recordings and hopes to increase that to three or four before summer.
The committee discussed newsletter content and whether departments were providing material; the chair suggested the city administrator or mayor could ask departments to submit a small number of stories annually to ease production. The committee set its next meeting for March 12 at 5:00 p.m. Anita moved to adjourn; the motion was seconded and the meeting ended at 5:57 p.m.
