The Sheboygan Area School District’s Committee of the Whole voted to approve a Master Services Agreement with QuadMed to operate the district’s employee health clinic.
Administration said the district had issued an RFP (through USI) and that three agencies were considered; the Town and City clinic relationship and prior partnership history were discussed. Staff said QuadMed will manage clinic operations, including nurses and other clinical staff, and that the clinic is a free benefit for district employees. The district currently rents clinic space and coordinates with local hospitals on logistics.
Board members asked whether the district had worked with QuadMed before; staff said the arrangement had been in place with community partners since the clinic’s start and that this contract continues previously provided services. The motion to approve the agreement passed on a voice vote.
