Detective Hall told the committee she would run in‑depth dispatch and 911 records and return with clarifications before the committee issued any formal recommendation; staff noted the Los Primos application was received Jan. 15, which sets a 30‑day review window that would expire Feb. 15. Members noted that applications older than 60 days cannot be acted on and that Red Bear Lounge had already passed that window.
