Board members discussed logistics: seeking borrowed tables and chairs from the county, assembling archival photos and contacting former staff and community reporters to help source materials. The director said he has coordinated with community contacts, including Becky Vandervoort and Daryl Moore, to locate photographs and documents.
The board did not take formal action beyond planning and agreed the staff would begin advertising the event. The director asked staff to prioritize setup so that any necessary equipment or venue work would be completed before the reception.
