Commission approves agenda, minutes and 2026 schedule; adjourns
Summary
The Planning Commission adopted the meeting agenda by voice vote, approved minutes for Oct. 28 and Nov. 12 as amended, accepted the proposed 2026 calendar (canceling Dec. 22 work session), and adjourned. Several roll-call votes were recorded.

The proposed 2026 meeting schedule (regular second- and fourth-Tuesday meetings, with the Sept. 9 change for Labor Day and cancellation of the second December meeting) was moved, seconded and approved. Later roll-call results were recorded in the meeting.
At the meeting's end, a motion to adjourn passed by voice vote.
