The Board of Mayor and Aldermen approved a 12‑item consent agenda by unanimous vote that bundled several procurement items and routine financial actions.
Items on the consent agenda included a special event permit for a Bartlett Police charitable fundraiser; purchases for public safety and police operations (two mobile public-safety security camera units; six Dodge Durango vehicles; in‑car cameras; six body‑worn cameras and related items from Motorola Solutions; mobile computers and support equipment; vehicle lighting and installation; Can‑Am all‑terrain and side‑by‑side vehicles; three Axon Skydio X10 UAS systems); acquisition of a Ford Bronco Sport from Ford of Murfreesboro; the December 2025 financial report; authorization to auction surplus property; and a payment agreement for the Oliver Creek interceptor contract with the City of Lakeland.
The mayor said many of the police items were paid for by a grant and invited questions of Police Chief Jeff Cox, who had been introduced earlier in the meeting. The board voted 6–0 to approve the consent agenda.
