The council authorized the city manager to sign and file a notice of completion for the Fred Enderpool HVAC and pool floor projects (contract 2024-1037), following a staff report that the work is substantially complete.
Director Yeager told the council the HVAC portion included boiler and system replacements and installation of dehumidifiers and that last balancing work was completed the prior week. "The work is substantially complete," Yeager said, adding that contractor warranties and manufacturer warranties (10–15 years on some components) will apply.
Council members thanked staff for completing the project after earlier contractor issues. The motion to authorize the city manager to sign the notice of completion passed on a recorded vote.
Staff will file the notice of completion with the county and maintain warranty documentation as part of project closeout.
