Concerns about overtaxing staff and creating duplicate, shadow committees led members to table a formal committee vote and favor an ad hoc working group charged with data collection, stakeholder surveys and drafting recommendations for the policy committee to review.
Staff were asked to circulate meeting dates and invites (proposed March 3, March 24, April 7, April 21, May 5) and to solicit sample language and stakeholder input ahead of the next committee meeting.
