The Hamilton County Utility District trustees handled routine governance matters at their Feb. 9 meeting, approving an executive session memorandum, the January 12 meeting minutes and claims, tabling several attorney items to the next meeting and adjourning without public comment.
At the start of the meeting the presiding trustee (Speaker 1) confirmed a quorum of trustees Altman, Dillinger and Herbrandt. The board approved the executive session memorandum for Feb. 9 after a motion and second and a voice vote. The board likewise approved the January 12, 2026 minutes and the claims docket by voice vote.
During the attorney's report, Director (Speaker 2) asked that several items be tabled while staff continues work; the motion to table was moved and carried. There were no public comments during the public-comment period, and the board set its next meeting for March 9, 2026 before adjourning.
