Engineer: punch-list walkthroughs set; Lift Station 6 expected to resume by May or June

Katie Jackson of Westler Engineering updated trustees on construction progress, punch-list scheduling and the timeline for Lift Station 6.
"The project continues to move forward," Jackson (Speaker 3) said, noting scheduled punch-list walkthroughs with the contract operators and contractors in the coming weeks to narrow outstanding items for phases 1 and 2. She described Phase 2b (Lift Station 6) as paused for winter conditions but expected to resume once the snow melts and "should hopefully be up and running by about May or June."
Trustees did not alter the construction schedule at the meeting. Jackson said the walkthroughs are intended to reduce outstanding items to just a few finish tasks so staff can focus on final inspections and closeout steps.
