The board also approved the human resources personnel report (attachment A) by motion and voice vote.
The board moved to reappoint Dominic Leon of 1006 Euclid Avenue, Albuquerque 15001, to the Housing Authority of the County of Beaver Board for a five-year term commencing April 1, 2026 and expiring March 31, 2031; the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote.
The solicitor informed the board that a group of resolutions (numbering cited in the meeting) had been reviewed by the law department and recommended for approval; the board approved the solicitor’s recommendations. No roll-call tallies were recorded in the meeting transcript; votes were taken by voice and recorded as "Aye," and the transcript reports motions as carried.
