At its Feb. 20 meeting the Merrimack Planning Board approved its two‑item consent agenda by voice vote (6‑0‑0). A motion to accept minutes of the Feb. 6 meeting passed 5‑0‑1, with one abstention from a member who did not attend that prior meeting.
Planning Administrator Colleen briefly noted reference materials (white RSA books) were available and offered to send an online link to board members. After routine business the board adjourned by unanimous voice vote.
The meeting’s substantive business included continuances of two site‑plan items (63 Turbine Way and the Colt Refining phasing amendment) to the April 2 meeting for further submittals and peer review.
