The Livingston City Land Use Board elected Bailey Goodwine as chair and Becky Morris as vice chair for 2026 during its Feb. 11 meeting. The appointments were made by motion, seconded, and approved by voice vote after roll call established a quorum.
Board members nominated Goodwine for chair; Goodwine accepted. Board member Morris was nominated and accepted the vice‑chair role. The board recorded the officers for the coming year and noted that the chair would lead the remaining meeting agenda items.
The officer selections were procedural and made by the advisory board at the meeting; they do not change the board’s advisory role to the Livingston City Commission.
