The commission asked staff to confirm mailing and posting details for each re‑noticed item.
Several applicants and members of the public who attended were allowed to speak informally tonight, but staff and the commission emphasized that no formal decisions would be made until the items are heard at the re‑noticed public hearings next week. The commission gave staff direction to circulate the corrected notices and to provide commissioners with schedules so a quorum can attend the special meeting.
