Bloomington council holds public forum on unsheltered homelessness; names Rosenbarger to hiring committee

The Common Council of the City of Bloomington convened a public forum on Aug. 14 to gather community perspectives on unsheltered homelessness and practice deliberation on possible council actions. The session included a short overview, facilitated breakout groups and large‑group reporting; the council president also announced Council member Rosenbarger’s appointment to the hiring committee for the council attorney/administrator position.
