During public comment earlier in the meeting, a member of the public, Daryl Bates of Mount Ayr/Moratown (owner of a former plant in Edinburg), alleged signage posted by the EPA on his property was fraudulent and said he had provided evidence to the FBI field office in Richmond; no board action on that allegation was recorded.
