"He has the system as of yesterday... it was running at a 100%. Every meter in the system was working," an unidentified staff speaker said during the meeting, and colleagues praised Carter’s communication and leadership.
Staff described how Carter and Monica created a shared Google Doc to track work and data, enabling daily entries and easier troubleshooting for connectivity and repeater placement. The council said Carter would receive a spot award and a gift card in recognition of the work.
No formal council action was required; the item was presented as a staff recognition and thanks.
