Commissioners questioned contract details—storage location for towed vehicles, exact scope of debris removal and remaining roof work at the Broadway property, equipment disposal plans and fund sources. Staff answered that most procurements were within previously authorized budget frameworks and that the city would continue to seek cost estimates for outstanding roof work at the Broadway project.
