Everman to move Board of Adjustments duties to Planning & Zoning Commission; public hearings set Oct. 7 and 8

City staff told the Everman City Council on Sept. 24 that an amendment is needed to the City of Everman’s Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance to designate the Planning and Zoning Commission (P&Z), rather than the city council, as the Board of Adjustments.
