I’m with the City of Fort Worth Water Department, and we’re … constructing the sewer line,” Norwood said, introducing Fort Worth staff, the contractor and consultants and laying out the plan for residents to view maps and project plans. He said the city issued a notice to proceed and the contractor should begin work in early November, with the overall project expected to continue into 2026, weather permitting.
