KINGMAN, Ariz. — The Mohave County Planning and Zoning Commission on Feb. 11 voted to approve a series of rezones and a general plan amendment and forwarded the commission’s recommendations to the Board of Supervisors for a March 2 hearing.
Staff presented four land-use cases that the commission approved with standard conditions. Melanie (staff) introduced a rezone of assessor’s parcel number 21511266 in the Golden Valley vicinity from AR-2A (agricultural residential, 2-acre minimum) to AR to allow a minor land division; staff reported no letters of opposition and recommended approval.
