Staff recommended approval subject to a single condition: the dates on the plat drawing must be updated to the current year before signatures are returned to the planning commission.
A commissioner moved to approve the final record plan for the Nea Norris/Neonoris Plat (applicant name as recorded in the motion) with the condition that all dates be updated. The motion was seconded, and roll call votes were recorded in the transcript as affirmative (Mister Lackey, Mister Erbus, Mister Waskey, Mister Ratman). The commission approved the replat with the stated condition.
