The board resolved that Feve shall be paid an annual salary of $193,000 for 2026–27 and authorized signature of the terms and conditions by the board president or vice president.
The motion to appoint was moved and seconded and approved by voice vote; no roll-call tally was recorded in the public minutes.
Following the vote the board paused briefly to celebrate and the district said it will immediately begin a search to fill the assistant director role Feve will vacate.
