Developer David Brent of Brinshore Development opened the ceremony, calling Spark a “significant contribution to the needs of the area,” and noting its transit access. “There’s 200 units here. We’ll probably have 7 or 800 people living here,” Brent said, highlighting the project’s size and its proximity to rapid transit.
