Fedick said the work replaces aging water and wastewater infrastructure, streets and sidewalks, and will include some sidewalk and street lighting improvements. He reported construction started in December 2023 and the project has a projected final completion in fourth quarter 2026 with a projected budget of just under $80,000,000.
