Dixon said the priority was restoring comfortable conditions and that staff were addressing the issue immediately. There were no specific timelines or technical causes provided during the update. A light-hearted remark noted a board member appeared "All suited up, not sweating," underscoring the informal tone as staff worked on repairs. The board recessed for a short break following the update.
