City staff member Kyle summarized adjustments across the Community Development and Renewal Agency and the city’s general, capital and impact-fee funds, saying the town-center tax increment came in “about $3,700,000” and noting other variances across project areas. Kyle told the council an expense of $57,300 was added to a town-center project to cover power-line and city message-board removal at a parcel on 1304 South of Mountain View. He also reported a roughly $1.6 million tax-increment receipt in the business-center area (about $55,000 under projection), and modest overages in the Anthem and Innovation CRAs (about $50,000 and $63,000, respectively).…
