Herriman — City staff reported revisions to a Creek Ridge master development agreement amendment and said they will finalize the document with the land reserve after a final review.
Speaker 5 told the council that staff (Nathan and the speaker) had received the developer’s revisions and that, although the document included “quite a lot of revisions,” the number of units and open-space accounting did not change. Speaker 5 said the revisions added recitals and billable-hour language and that those were the primary substantive edits the city observed.
Speaker 4 confirmed staff would finalize the amendment and close the question left open at the prior meeting. The speaker also noted that if there were no substantive changes, the council had agreed previously that staff-level approval would be sufficient; if substantive changes were present, the item would be returned to the council.
No formal action was recorded during this update; staff indicated they would continue to work with the land reserve and bring the item back to the council only if substantive changes remained.
