"There were several approvals. One was for a new pump station," LaFollette said, noting the infrastructure is intended to serve anticipated development in the South Hillside area. He also summarized a subdivision/plat approval that will prepare property behind the Zions Bank building for business uses.
LaFollette added that an updated proposal for the city's athletic complex has reached a planning checkpoint and is scheduled to appear on the Planning Commission agenda on April 2 for further review; he did not provide final design or funding details.
