Several supervisors said the applicant’s lack of responsiveness and the project’s outstanding technical problems weighed against granting another extension. Supervisor Bumke moved to deny; the motion passed 6 in favor with one abstention (Vice Chair Allen indicated she required more information before voting against denial). The board recorded the vote as 6 in favor, 1 abstention.
