The Herriman Community Development and Renewal Agency on Feb. 12 adopted an amendment to the Herriman Business Center project‑area plan and budget and approved Resolution R2025‑0.
Blake introduced the item and turned the presentation to Susie Becker of Zions Bank, who said the amendment is largely technical: boundaries did not change but some nonresidential acreage is reallocated to residential uses to reflect recent market activity. Becker said the amendment could accelerate tax‑increment generation under current market conditions but that previously negotiated caps in interlocal agreements with Salt Lake County limit how much increment the CDA will receive overall.
A motion to adopt the resolution was made and seconded; a roll‑call vote was taken and the motion carried.
